Companies such as Nike, Apple, Google, Ford Motor, General Mills, and Goldman Sachs now offer mindfulness programs to their employees. What do these companies know that other companies haven’t caught onto yet?

There’s a reason why the most popular course at Harvard University is their course on happiness, and why the majority of New York Times’ best-selling books are on mindfulness… This isn’t what people want, it’s what they need!

It’s a fact that when employees are less stressed they perform better, their productivity increases, and they save their employers thousands in health care.

Three reasons: stress, stress, and stress! We know that stress is one of the leading causes of fatigue, disease, and illness in our world. All companies have stressful components to them and remote technology hasn’t made it any easier.  Many employees fall behind at work and have to continue their work at home to catch up. The problem is this causes them to bring their home stress to work and their work stress home, perpetuating a nasty karmic loop of never ending stress.

Breathwork is a powerful tool, if not the most powerful tool that employers can offer their staff. Unlike Meditation and Yoga, which can take months, even years, to have profound breakthroughs, Breathwork is a multifaceted process specifically designed to effectively remove energetic blockages and create radical changes within the body and the mind.

Our Corporate Breathwork programs are designed to create powerful bonds in the workplace that inspire workers to not only want to work more cohesively as a team but also to excel in every area of their life. It’s truly a breath of fresh air that encourages them to invest in their own personal development.

Corporate leaders who invest in Breathwork programs for their employees give their company an edge over the competition.

Breathwork is a powerful mindfulness short-cut that induces clearer thinking and improves focus. When you alleviate your employee’s stress, that empty space is filled with vital life-force energy which increases productivity and creativity that’s used to grow your company, thereby creating a better work environment for everyone, both at work and at home. It is truly a win-win for everyone.

Offering Breathwork doesn’t just show your employees you care, it’s an ethical corporate responsibility that we care for the people that give us the two most valuable commodities in the world, time and energy!

In 2016, Fidelity Investments reported that 22% of employers offered mindfulness training programs

Today 44% of all U.S employers are now offering mindfulness training programs, and that number is still growing rapidly.

“Harvard scientists found that meditation conclusively and positively changes your brain structure“. ~ Washingon Post

“Harvard Business Review reports that brain activity is redirected from the limbic system to the prefrontal cortex–basically from the reactionary part of the brain to the rational part of the brain. This change causes us to change the way we react to everything, and enables us to rely more on our executive functioning rather than impulses.” ~

They say a happy wife equals a happy life… and we say a happy staff brings more cash! This isn’t just a catchy phrase, there are facts that back this up.

Corporate juggernauts like Aetna conducted mindfulness-based stress reduction studies that were quantifiable. Here are their findings:

  • Aetna Saved $2,000 a year per employee in health care costs.
  • Aetna calculated that productivity gains alone were about $3,000 per employee, equaling an eleven-to-one return on investment.
  • Health care costs at Aetna — which totaled more than $90 million a year — are going down now that they offer mindfulness programs.

Consistently, mindfulness programs have been shown to serve as a method of alleviating employee stress and increasing their productivity.

Everyone who experiences Breathwork has their own unique experience.  As it peels away layers of accumulated stress, each Breathwork session is different and has a deeper effect.  There is not one person who won’t benefit from Breathwork.

There are a few key elements that determine the effectiveness of a Breathwork session: the instructor, the instructor’s method/style, the playlist, and the individual’s willingness to participate. This is why Kurtis first talks to management to strategically develop a Breathwork theme that’s in direct alignment with the company’s challenges and goals.  Here he fine tunes the correct music and the right messages using NLP in order to deliver the most profound experience that’s laser targeted to remove these obstacles in the workplace.

Kurtis also pre-frames their experience by starting with a custom 10-minute motivational talk that seeds these growth initiatives. All the staff has to do is come to every session with an open mind and they are sure to walk away with more energy, greater clarity, and an open heart filled with gratitude. Breathwork is truly an amazing experience that’s transforming corporations around the globe.

Every mindfulness trainer has their own technique, and many have a “Zen-like approach” – the slow and methodical way that will reap the most rewards over time for the student. This may be true in many cases; however, this isn’t Kurtis’ philosophy. The effects of his Breathwork sessions are undeniable and immediate

Kurtis has dedicated his life to discovering the most profound ways to remove mental/emotional blocks and induce massive breakthroughs in the shortest time possible. From taking corporate leaders to the jungles of Peru for Ayahuasca ceremonies, to CEO bio-hacking, to Shamanic visioning, to Corporate Breathwork… time is something we all don’t have much of, so rapid results are where Kurtis excels.

Kurtis’ approach to mindfulness training is perfect for the business sector because of his well-versed corporate background and his extraordinary spiritual training. These distinct skillsets are what allow Kurtis to more effectively liberate minds, open hearts, and touch souls in such a unique way. His delivery, style, and practical approach are what people love and resonate with in the workplace, especially millennials.

Kurtis has a gift for AWAKENING the best in people, no matter how resistant they may be. It’s actually his specialty, as he literally wrote the book on it. Kurtis is the #1 international best-selling author of the book, THE WORLD IS YOURS, THE AWAKENING – The Secrets behind “The Secret”.

Breathwork is done lying on your back on a yoga mat in a comfortable position. Music is strategically played for motivation and relaxation purposes in order to help release trapped emotions by tapping into the energy and emotion of those particular songs.

Kurtis guides you through this entire process using powerful motivational messages and NLP techniques to help break up old neuropathways of the brain.

Before the Breathwork begins, Kurtis gives a powerful motivational speech and ends by explaining what you may expect during your Breathwork session. Kurtis walks you through the entire process by explaining all the physical, mental, emotional, and even spiritual elements of this practice.

To ensure you have the best experience possible, Kurtis has designed each session to put you at ease, to remove any expectations, yet excite you for what’s to come, which could possibly be one of the most profound life-changing experiences of your life, whether you’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years, or it’s your very first time.
